Sounds like another game we've lost 2-1 that we should have won. Six points dropped. Down to third in the league as well. Not a great night. =/

Radio said mcgovern looked shakey on crosses yogi better not exploit that. Players just need to look forward to the Hibs game. We can win but we need
Hibs to have a bad day and us to have a brilliant game. Just hope scotty mo will be fit we can replace watt. Think lawson if fit will be put in to

it seems we got some good chances to score before conceding the winner to tade...mostly at 77 min a barrowman shot cleared off the line by
gatheussi....just checked on rovers website...really a bad defeat...but i can immagine in second hald they started to think about saturday...

Just about to go off to bed but you can be sure i'll be having nightmares about barrowmans miss- a gift!
Quick round up:
Scrappy first half wth county having the upperhand and looked comfortable. Saying that Raith had a great chance to open the scoring when one of there
players passed up a one on one when clean through on mcgovern they popped the ball wide.
County went ahead when the ball broke to barrowman in the six yard box and he had the simple task of knocking it into an empty net.
The remainder of the half was relatively comfortable for county.
Raith came out in the seconds half all over county, got a goal after a goalmouth scramble with about six blocked shots, the ball broke to the edge of
the box and the raith player drove it through a ruck of bodies and it ended in the net. At this stage the goal was deserved!
Raith were still on top winning a succession of free kicks around the county box however as the half went on county looked more and more dangerous on
the counter particulaly when gardyne came on.
From one of the counters Jimmy crased a powerful volley off the junction- so unlcky- a really good effort that deserved a goal
Then came the chance- the ball was lumped forward by county the raith defender fluffed it into the path of barrowman who found himself in acres-he
drove into the box-all on his own in the middle of the box between th penalty spot and six yard box-take you pick either side roll it in the corner
happy days but he decides to round the keeper giving the raith defender time to get back and clear off the line with realtive ease! Raith would not
have got back into the game if we had scored at this point.
Boyd also had a header cleared off the line before tade popped up with a winner that was scarcely desreved.
Im gutted!
