Strange decision. Makes me wonder if there was friction between manager and the board, as results have certainly been pretty solid for Livington this year.

He said on the radio that he was sacked because 'He didn't play enough youngsters int he first team'

Which if true is a very strange decision. But as said, I suspect that there is more to this than we are hearing.

Wonder who they'll get in to replace him now.

Fair enough, completely understand if that's why they've punted him. Livi have survived the last few years by giving their young lads a chance- the likes of Graham Dorrans, Robert Snodgrass, Murray Davidson, Leigh Griffiths and more- and selling them on. If Bollan's not been willing to put the next lot of youngsters in there, then he's jeopardising the possibility of the club being able to raise future transfer fees
"The heart of the club is the fan. The board and the chairman are custodians. The staff are transient. But the fan is there forever"

What if the next lot aren't up to it? There is more to this than meets the eye.
