We don't have a striker like him. He's different from what we've got and would be a very welcome option IMHO(humble).
Billy Mackay would thrive on the space Stevie May would create, same as Stevie McLean did at St J!

Jamie Lindsay away, as was made very predictable from the soft “we want to keep the player but...” statements earlier in the month. £300,000 and a chance for Paton and Spence (when fit) to step up. Can’t say I’m delighted or devastated. It’s probably more money than he’s worth, but then again Cardiff have just signed Will Vaulks for £3.5 million.

Lindsay af for 300k is daylight robbery IMO. There is other players we have to fill boots but are prone to injury or nearing end of playing career. Whilst these players are more than capable (and better technically) i dont think they will last full season injury free. This season is a big step in pace and fitness.

Still a good number of days left in window so time to recruit if required. Time for those to step up and make thier mark like Lindsay. I have the faith

Seems that we set a release price as a carrot to get players to sign up to a team so far from civilisation.
That's the perception of a lot of people in the central belt I'm afraid,especially the partners.
